Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. I started in real estate in 2006 while finishing my Business and Marketing degree at Seattle University. When the market collapsed, I took the risk to stay: worked short sales, completed BPOs for banks, and helped homeowners protect their credit during one of the hardest markets, yet. 2008 to 2015, I earned multiple Top Producer awards and built a foundation rooted in negotiation, communication, and follow-through.

I have a deep passion for first-generation operators, family-owned businesses, and the local community, because that's my story too. Before I became a commercial broker, I was a business owner myself. I've navigated permits, managed buildouts, coordinated equipment lists, hire contractors, and have survived the beautiful chaos of opening day. I know firsthand what it feels like to sign a lease, and actually have to make the space work. That's why when you work with me, you're not just getting a broker. You're getting someone who truly understands what happens after the signature.

What sets my commercial work apart is real lived experience. I've worked alongside architects and contractors, mapped out equipment layouts, managed construction budgets, handled vendor relationships, and opened real businesses. I help clients think beyond the lease, and all the way till opening day.

I specialize in restaurant, café, retail, medical, warehouse, and service-oriented spaces throughout Seattle. I work with tenants, buyers, business owners, and investors who want strong terms, smart planning, and fewer costly surprises. I also support residential and commercial clients buying, selling, and investing across the Greater Seattle area.
